The LSD stands for lumpy skin disease which is a viral disease that affects the cattles. The transmission of virus is through the blood sucking or blood feeding insects, mosquitoes, ticks etc. The symptoms in this condition include fever, nodules on the skin and can also lead to death in many cases. The condition is quite common in those cattles who are previously not exposed to the virus. The virus causing this disease is called capripox virus. Being a viral disease, Ayurveda still has some herbal combination to help in this situation. Following formulation help with the symptoms and also eliminate endotoxins from the body of cattles.

Products Description

1. DERMA VET

Derma Vet, as it name suggests, It is manufactured to support the skin health in case of cows/buffaloes. The formulation has haridra (Curcumin longa) and neem (Azadirachta indica). Haridra helps in the alleviation of Vata along with kapha dosha and thus reduces swelling over the skin. Neem on the other hand helps with burning or itching, if present. Haridra also helps with the nodular swellings in this case.

2. INFLAM VET

Inflam Vet is a very impressive formulation which is specially manufactured for helping in the inflammatory conditions in animals. The inflammation can take place over any sight in the body like in this case there is formation of nodules and swelling in lymph nodes. Thus pains and discomfort can be easily managed with this product in case of lumpy skin disease. The Inflam vet has ingredients like shallaki (Boswellia serrata) and guggul (Commiphora mukul).

3. KAISHORE GUGGUL

Kaishore Guggul is a classical formulation prepared using effective herbs. As the name suggest it has the guggul (Commiphora mukul), Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) , Vidang (Embelia ribes), Nisoth (Operculina Turpethum), Triphala , trikatu and some other herbs as its ingredients. All these ingredients help in lumpy skin disease and thus supports better management of the condition. In addition, it alsi helps in elimination of ama dosha in this condition.

4. NAVKARSHIK CHURNA

Navkarshik Churna is a powderous preparation which has a blend of various herbs.  Formulation has a combination of herbs like Amla (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminelia Chebula), Bahera (Terminalia bellerica), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia) and many others. The Churn is especially prepared to scrape out the toxins from the body. All of the herbs or ingredients in this formulation are used in pure form and the formulation has no side effects.

DOSAGE / USAGE

1. Derma Vet - Three tablets twice daily with meals.
2. Inflam Vet - Three tablets twice daily with meals.
3. Kaishore Guggul - Three tablets twice daily with meals.
4. Navkarshik Churna - Two tsp. twice daily with meals.
