Mukta Shukti Bhasma and Mukti shukti pishti have almost the same health benefits, the basic ayurvedic difference between Mukta shukti pishti and bhasma is that bhasma is used in Sama Pitta conditions and Pishti is used in the Niram Pitta conditions. Sama Pitta means, the Pitta is associated with Ama (toxins), and Niram Pitta means, the Pitta is not associated with Ama (toxins).
