Dosage: Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 3 gm) of Ayush Kwath to 1 cup (150 ml) of boiling water.Stir the mixture for a minute.Then strain and consume the drink like a tea.Add jaggery and/or lemon juice if required for taste enhancement.
