अष्टौ गन्धकतोलका रसदलं लौहं तदर्द्ध शुभं लोहार्द्धञ्च वराभ्रकं सुविमलं ताम्रं तदभ्रार्द्धकम् ।
पात्रे लौहमये च मर्दनविधौ चूर्णीकृतञ्चैकतो दर्व्या वादरवह्निनाऽतिमृदुना पाकं विदित्वा दले ॥४५८॥

रम्भाया लघु ढालयेत् पटुरियं पञ्चामृता पर्पटी ख्याता क्षौद्रघृतान्विता प्रतिदिनं गुञ्जाद्वयं वृद्धितः ।
लौहे मर्दनयोगतः सुविमलं भक्ष्यक्रिया लौहवत् गुञ्जाष्टावथवा त्रिकं त्रिगुणितं सप्ताहमेवं भजेत् ॥४५९॥
