Kukutandtwak bhasma is also known as Eggshell calx or eggshell calcium and is the good source of natural Calcium. This formulation is highly enriched in calcium, zinc, magnesium, and copper. It is an aphrodisiac, a rejuvenator, and helps in forming RBCs

Dosage

In Adults: 125 to 500 mg, once or twice daily, with honey, or as directed by the Ayurvedic doctor.
In Children: 125 to 250 mg, once or twice daily, with honey or as directed by the doctor.

Contraindications

There are no known side effects of kukutandtwak bhasma till now. However, always take this medicine under the medical supervision of your ayurvedic doctor.
