हिड्डुलसम्भवं सूतं गन्धकं टङ्गणं तथा । ताम्र वङ्गं माक्षिकञ्च सैन्धवं मरिचं तथा ॥१०४३॥

समं सर्वं समाहत्य द्विगुणं स्वर्णभस्मकम्। तदर्द्ध कान्तलौहञ्च रौप्यभस्मापि तत्समम् ॥१०४४॥

एतत्सर्वं विचूर्य्याथ भावयेत्कनकद्रवैः । शेफालीदलजैश्चापि दशमूलरसेनच ॥१०४५॥

किराततिक्तकक्वाथैस्त्रिवारं साधयेत्सुधीः । भावयित्वा ततः कार्या गुञ्जाद्वयमिता वटी ॥१०४६॥

अनुपानं प्रयोक्तव्यं जीरकं मधुसंयुतम् । जीर्णज्वरं महाघोरं चिरकालसमुद्भवम् ॥१०४७॥

ज्वरमष्टविधं हन्ति साध्यासाध्यमथापि वा । पृथग्दोषांश्च विविधान् समस्तान् विषमज्वरान् ॥१०४८॥

मेदोगतं मांसगतमस्थिमज्जगतं तथा । अन्तर्गतं महाघोरं बहिःस्थञ्च विशेषतः ॥१०४९॥

नानादोषोद्भवञ्चैव ज्वरं शुक्रगतं तथा । निखिलं ज्वरनामानं हन्ति श्रीशिवनिर्मितः ॥१०५०॥

जयमङ्गलनामाऽयं रसः श्रीशिवनिर्मितः । बलपुष्टिकरश्चैव सर्वरोगनिबर्हणः ॥१०५१॥
