Dosage
In minor accidents and emergencies, put three drops from the bottle of Five Flower Remedy in to a cup of cold water. Let the patient sip this frequently. As the patient improves, reduce the frequency of the doses, giving them every quarter of an hour, then every half hour and later every hour.

This is the emergency or first-aid remedy. Helps to stabilize the emotions.
It is most valuable and its effect is often almost immediate in case of shock, both mental and physical; hysteria, fainting, burns, nightmares, great pain, terror, panic and the after effects of accidents, falls and knocks.
- Star of Bethlehem: For the after-effects of shock, to soothe and calm the sufferer.
- Rock Rose: For terror, danger, panic, every acute or serious condition and nightmares.
- Clematis: For unconsciousness, coma, fainting or faintness, giddiness all of which indicate temporary lack of interest in the present.
- Cherry Plum: For fear of the mind giving way, hysteria, brainstorms and suicidal tendencies.
- Impatiens: For extreme mental tension and irritability resulting in muscular tension and hence pain. One or more of these states of mind will be present in any sudden illness or accident.
