चित्रकस्यामलक्याश्च गुडूच्या दशमूलजम् । शतं शतं रसं दत्त्वा पथ्याचूर्णाढकं गुडात् ॥२५॥
शतं पचेद् घनीभूते पलद्वादशकं क्षिपेत् । व्योषत्रिजातयोः क्षारात् पलार्द्धमपरेऽहनि ॥२६॥
प्रस्थार्द्ध मधुनो दत्त्वा यथाग्न्यद्यादतन्द्रितः । वृद्धयेऽग्ने क्षयं कासं पीनसं दुस्तरं कृमीन् ।
गुल्मोदावर्त्तदुर्नामश्वासान् हन्ति रसायनम् ॥२७॥

Chitrak Haritaki is a classical herbal preparation. It may improve digestion and help in managing chronic respiratory conditions.
Dosage
- 5-10 gms once or twice a day after meals with milk. It can be taken along with abhrak bhasma increasing its working and effect.
- Dosage of children below 5 years of age must be between 2-3 gms twice a day after meals.
- For children above 5 years and below 12 years of age dose can vary between 3 5 gms twice a day with honey or milk or lukewarm water.
