Dosage: Before or after meals, avipattikar churna is consumed orally with water.
Adults should take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 grams) once or twice a day, or as prescribed by an Ayurvedic physician.
Depending on their age, children can take a lesser amount of 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1-2 grams) once or twice a day.
