ROLE PLAY
Ferrum phosphoricum is found in all cells of the body but primarily in the hemoglobin of red blood cells and in the muscle cells of the blood and lymph vessels and in hair cells. It is responsible for the transport of oxygen in the blood. It supports the blood circulation in the whole body and controls the iron metabolism and the iron reservoirs.
- Ferrum phosphoricum is the emergency remedy of the cell salts and should be taken for all injuries.
- It eases the pain, stops bleeding and supports wound healing.
- Bleeding wounds, abrasions, sprains and distorsions can be treated with Ferr. phos.
- Hot inflammations, worse through movement.
- As a preventive it increases resistance. This is above all important for children, who are recurrently ill.
- It is the remedy for all first stages of illness, especially childhood diseases with fever up to 101º F (38.5º C).

Ferrum phosphoricum - 3X
Indications
For acute congestion, inflammation, Fever or as advised by the physician.
Dosage
- Adults: 4 tablets, three or four times daily.
- Children: Half the adult dose. Or as prescribed by the physician.

GENERAL PRESENTATION

Face: Bluish-blackish colour.
- Warm red cheeks and ears show acute depletion, additional indentation left and right of the nose root points to chronic iron depletion.

Signs: Less resistance, liability to inflammation, rapid fatigue , lack of concentration, sore muscles.

Reasons for depletion: Coffee, black tea and cocoa consume much iron in body.

State of tongue: Clean & red, throat dry.

Discharges: Dryness, burning & scanty expectoration mixed with blood. Menses bright red, easily coagulates.

Aggravations: Heat, hot drinks, motion, shaking of head, stooping.
- Ameliorations: Cold air, cold applications.
