The aloe juice is good.
But the bottles they've been sending on the last two orders were very bad quality. The caps wouldn't open because they were lopsided when they came, and we had to cut them open with pliers to transfer the juice into another container. We couldn't push the cap back in, nor could we pull them cap out. I had emailed them, and even put a note to seller to give me good quality bottles when ordering online the second time, but nobody bothered. They still sent me such a bottle again. And even when I talked to customer service, they said they would do nothing because I did not provide a video of the box opening. It was my fault I suppose, for trusting that they had read my email and sent me a good bottle, so I never took a video of the box opening. Every time I would message or call, they would just send me round and round with no solution to my problem. They refused to give me a replacement bottle. I even sent them a video of my being unable to open the bottle, but they still DID NOT BELIEVE ME. I feel very hurt. Sorry to say, I will not buy this product again from this company.
