Bakson's Echinacea Augustifolia is a homoeopathic remedy which helps to correct blood dyscrasias hence it is useful in all types of blood poisonings and septic infections. It is indicated in acute auto-infection, septic conditions, lymphangitis, gangrene and vaccinosis and also for the tendency to malignancy in acute and sub-acute disorders. The patient feels weak and tired with aching muscles, weakness in the stomach, irregular bowels and pain in the knees with vertigo. Symptoms include slowness in every action. Also indicated in erysipelas and foul ulcers, gangrene, goitre with exophthalmic symptoms, and for diarrhoea in typhoid. There are foul discharges with emaciation and great debility. The headaches with peculiar periodical flushing of the face, even to the neck, with dizziness and profound prostration. The tongue is white coated with red edges. Tongue, lips and fauces tingle with a sense of fear around the heart. Helpful for ulcerations in the mouth, nose and throat with foul-smelling discharges. It is indicated in puerperal septicaemia with a sensitive and tympanitic abdomen. Leucorrhoea is offensive and excoriating.
