Hematinic Drops
Blood is a specialized bodily fluid that delivers necessary substances to the body's cells, such as nutrients and oxygen and transports waste products away from the
same cells. All organs require blood in order to function properly. Blood is composed of a liquid portion known as plasma and several cell components. Thecell components are known as red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.
Composition
Carduus marianus 6x, Arsenicum iodatum 8x, Ceanothus Americana 6x, Ferrum muriaticum 6x, Lycopodium clavatum 6x, Sulphur 6x.
Indications
Helps in proper production of blood cells and circulation of blood.
Dosage
10-15 drops in some water, 3 times a day before meals. In case of pronounced anaemia 10-15 drops should be taken 4-6 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Action of Ingredients
- Carduus marianus- Has specific relation to the vascular system. Stagnation of the blood circulation; congestion in the veins; shortness of breath; desire for fresh air.
- Arsenicum iodatum- Selective action on the variations undergone by tissues, influences the cellular metabolism.
- Ceanothus amer.- Ague cake of Malaria. A left-sided remedy generally. Anaemic patients where liver and spleen are at fault. Active hemostatic, materially reducing the clotting of blood.
- Ferrum muriaticum- Anaemia. For haemorrhages, occurring in association with fever and other conditions characterized by blood deterioration.
- Lycopodium- Palpitation at night. Pulse, fast, worse after eating, evening. Sensation as if the circulation stood still.
- Sulphur- It frequently arouses the reactionary powers of the organism. There is rush of blood to the Heart and irregular circulation. It seems to act more prominently on the nervous circulation, producing a sort of plethora; It is the result of irregularities in the distribution of blood by which certain part of the body are congested. Blood darker in the colour and richer in white corpuscles.
